We all know what is procrastination. It is continually putting off important tasks.
We also know, that result of procrastination usually is sense of guilt that causes loss of motivation and personal productivity.
So, Why we all procrastinate?

Usually its one of these 6 triggers:

1. We feel overwhelmed
2. We are affraid of success
3. We are affraid of failure
4. We are affraid of confrontation
5. We are unsure how to proceed
6. Task is boring or pointless for us

These 6 triggers are most common. We all can find ourselves at least one, two, or even more triggers. Am I Right?

What trigger/s you deal most with?

I myself with numbers 1,3 and 5.

Hi @DreamLifeRules, I am on the same boat as you. I think number 1, 3, and 5 are the triggers for me, but mostly being unsure of how to proceed. If we can be sure about the outcome, then we won't feel overwhelmed or afraid of failure because we know what will happen. In other words, if success is guaranteed, then there will be no procrastination, which is why I think being sure on how to proceed is the most important one.

Cheers!
