I started doing Green Smoothies for breakfast every morning.

I love them but would love some of your recipes.

I have been using

Spinach
Kale
Chia Seeds
Avocado
dōTERRA Trim Shake & TERRAGreens
1/2 a Banana

In a Water Base

I would love more ideas.

Anyone of you guys use fruit like Blueberries or Strawberries?

I feel like my shake could benefit from some berries but I don't have a ton of Nutritional experience with it.

I'm not doing drinks right now, but I am eating berries! Especially strawberries. My understanding is that berries contain incredibly important nutrients.

2x kiwi
2x banana
Chia & Flax seeds
Maca powder
Turmeric & Black pepper
Arugula (a lot)

What do you think?

Hi @george.yc ,

good recipe - I would always Change up thinks to get more different nutriens and a variety.

I would put in some kind of berries and use spinach or kale (which is the best).

I currently have a shake that's not necessarily great in taste (it's not bad either) but it gives a tremendous amount of energy. In fact, when I feel sleepy I drink this and most of the time I feel great in about half an hour.

It consists of the following ingredients:
2 hands of spinach
2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
2 cups of water (only add water if it's too stiff, but with the cups, I'm using 2+2 is perfect)
Blend it
Then add:
1 cup of mixed berries
1 tbsp of flaxseeds
1 tsp of spirulina
1 tsp of wheatgrass
1 banana
1 scoop of Sunwarrior's vanilla protein

Let me know what your thoughts are!

All the best,
Mick
