Some things are really hard to let go. But I humbly think meditation helps in this process a lot. Believe a lot in the gratitude and forgiveness process of meditation!

There is a great video on it by Mindvalley, called 15min hack or something like that. Do go check it out on youtube.

Personally, I meditate about 15mins a day and this helps a lot with letting go of stuff you know you have no control over. :)

Focus on the stuff that matters!

This is absolutely true. Happiness cannot be found in the best places or even from the best moments in the past. It's something you alone can find in your heart. We can help you find the happiness you truly deserve by guiding your path towards it. Feel free to visit our web sites so you'll learn more about what we can do.

Live in the now, be thankful for what is good in your past, forgive others and yourself for mistakes, we all make them sometimes. Plan a great future for yourself and visualise it complete then work towards it.

To let go, I had learned an essential thing: "if I can change I make it, if I can't it's better to accept".
Like Hubert Koh has given this advice : the meditation is ideal to let go and you feel better quickly if you have used it.
That's need a time but you finish to feel free ;-)
