Millions of people suffer from asthma. Many report having poor control of their symptoms. Fortunately, new research shows there is a simple antidote: 30 minutes of exercise a day, year-round.

Exercise is so important for maintaining good health. It doesn't have be strenuous, as walking at a fast pace can strengthen your heart and lungs as well as lower blood pressure. It's also great for lifting your mood and boosting energy.

Body exercise is many important because reduce stress and anxiety. For asthma it is very important because help at regular the histamine.
As alternative exercise is well walk 30 minute a day.:):)
