It is easy to assume that we have all faced failure at some point in our lives. What’s important is that we don’t let failure defeat us but rather that we learn something from the experience and move on. This is what they call ‘failing forward’.

The chances of failure are always highest when we are starting something new. The mistake people make is that they think that failure and success are different. What we must come to understand is that failure is an important part of success.

We often have to move through failure to get to success. With that understanding of failure, it is critical that we move through failure as fast as possible in order to get through to success.

Speed of failure has two benefits, it gets the failure part of success out of the way, but you quickly see if the path that you have chosen is the correct one or not. With speed you can choose to pick a new direction or path sooner rather than later if you find that your original path was not the correct decision.
