My sister's been experiencing this bloated feeling for a long time now. She would often say that her tummy feels full. It would ache when she misses a meal or eats too much. She loves fruits and vegetable and I even teased her that maybe it was because of the vegetables.

So she's started eating Yogurt and drinking Yakult (it's a drink full of lactobacilli). She says it does help but the bloated feeling returns if she misses this regimen. I am unsure if her age has something to do with it, especially since she is at her 40s now.

Anybody experienced this before?

Has she seen a doctor about this?

And it actually *could* be because of the vegetables. Some veggies make some people very gassy, which could be the bloated feeling she has. If she eats a lot of broccoli and cauliflower, for example, they could be upsetting her tummy a bit.

As for the part about her tummy aching when she misses a meal or eats too much, that's normal for everyone.
