There is a great quote by Wayne Dyer - The greatness is achieved in the moment. Wayne had an addiction for drinking. He would drink 2-3 beers every day. He explains how he dropped his addiction by doing little things. His idea was - don't focus on dropping smoking for the next 20 years. Drop smoking only today. Don't even think about tomorrow. All you know is, you are not smoking today. You do it every day you get up, only focusing on the day you have in front of you. That's how you drop addiction he says.
