I think I will also add at least 1 point, which is, in my opinion, the best for beating laziness and that´s - Baby Steps Planning.
It simply takes your big goal and divides it into smaller, achievable goals. For example, let´s say, I want to make a 10 000$ a month. But when I am so far of that number, this could be so intimidating, that many people (including me for a long time in a past), tell myself that this isn´t for me, I can´t do that, sit down in front of the TV take a popcorn and watch some TV shows (which can´t make me a penny).
I think that many people choose laziness when they feel intimidating.
So in my example, 10 000$ a month is a big goal, but if I divide it into a daily goal, it´s just 333$ a day, which isn´t look so intimidating and I sit down and start working on it.
