I would say yes but timing is important - you may have to be patient if you have other commitments - don't bury your dreams work out how they are possible and if they are really what you want with all the consequences. We all have to back decisions and be responsible for our actions.

Having just done the survey it reminds me of teaching children or animals - the best way is with rewards, with children look for something good to reward rather than criticise. Unreasonable criticism hurts every one and makes you sour!
Mental toughness develops with years and dealing with situations in a positive way. Knowing (believing) you can cope with whatever is thrown at you. Having goals and not giving up, believing with a passion in whatever you desire.
