I am the Genie of the lamp. You are a beautiful being worthy of receiving all your deepest heart-felt desires and living the life of your dreams. I am here to grant your wishes. As many as you choose. However, I can only grant what you wish and cannot offer advice on wishes unless asked. I cannot violate your free will or the free will of others. These are the rules of the lamp. What do you wish?
Aah, now you've put me in a bind. Normally we have hundreds, and thousands of wishes. But we're so used to rarely seeing any wishes fulfilled that we indiscriminately make wish upon wish. Can you imagine the shock of being offered, for even a single moment, the fulfillment of your wish? What to wish for? Which particular wish would you prefer above all others? What if you wish for one thing, then realize too late that you could have wished for something else? Oh, I can't bear this burden. It was better when wishes were merely dreams and fantasies. At least then there was no pressure to be realistic (or even decent.) But thanks for the offer anyway. Actually, come to think of it, I wish this offer was open for an extended period of time. And also, I wish I had the courage to believe in it.
Genie, I am here to ask your kindness to grant my three wishes. One, I would like to have the best of health for me and the whole of my family until we reach the age of 90. Two, I would wish for more wisdom to enjoy life's blessings and richness. Three, I want world peace! Purposely, I did not go for my personal wealth because with wisdom and good health I can have it by my own initiative. Please grant these three wishes, Genie.
Some of my wishes would be: - Good health of mind and body for family, loved ones and I. - To have powers of superman. - Cleaner and safer earth for everyone. - back up wishes when needed. LOL
