Coconuts had been under pressure in the past before to yield to other sources of oil and other by-products but lately it made resurgence due to some studies which confirmed it to be actually healthy. 1) Helps to maintain blood sugar by giving off manganese. 2) Keeps skin and blood vessels flexible and elastic due to its copper content. 3) Aids in building strong bones because of its calcium. 4) Helps to prevent anemia because it got iron. 5) Relaxes muscles and nerves due to its magnesium content. 6) Helps in managing weight because its milk has dietary fiber. 7) Decreases the risk of joint inflammation thanks to its selenium. 8) Helps in lowering high blood pressure due to its potassium. 9) Helps in maintaining healthy immune system thanks to its Vitamin C. 10) Promotes the health of prostate gland because it got zinc.
Those are good looking coconuts as it have some art on it and a refreshing message of "have fun". Really nice to know those benefits we could get from consuming/eating coconuts. And coconuts are very much available here and it was still affordable.
Yes, as a tropical country we can all easily access to cheap coconuts here in our location. No wonder that some people are calling our coconuts as Tree of Life because it is literally a life-enhancing and life-giving kind of plant. Right now, it is famous for the Virgin Coconut Oil which is now exported all over the world. And we also have the potential to produce the Coconut Water which is raging in many parts of the globe as a healthy drink. There are so many products that we can derive from our very own coconuts.

That is right. Coconuts are a wealth of health-giving treasures we can take advantage anytime for as long as we can find a supply. Of course, it does not mean that it is the best product you can find or that it can solve all the health propblems we have but certainly it can contribute a lot. Yep, those look like cheap coconuts I've been using Truvia or any type of stevia sweetener in my coffee lately to replace the Splenda that I've used until I heard how bad it was for you and how it can cause you to crave food like other artificial sweeteners. Then, I recall one of my friends saying that stevia is better but is not completely safe. She said that she uses a sweetener derived from coconuts, but you have to develop a taste for it. Has anyone tried it? Seems like it would taste strange in coffee.
