Now, my mouth is watering just seeing those green mangoes. According to what I read, green mango can be a good source of vitamin C and would help people who are suffering from or prone to anemia.

At the same time, green mango can be helping the liver in secreting bile acids. It can also help in fighting bacterial infections and internal cleansing. I heard that some people who are suffering from constipation can eat green mango to help control the problem.

Want to have a green mango party? :D

    Those mangoes look delicious. :p
Its already the green mango season here so definitely I would have some of them often. I prefer them quite ripe since it taste sweeter.

I think there is a variety that is so crispy with yellow flesh and its taste sweet but not too much though not yet ripe. I have one tree of this at my farm but it is not yet fruiting now...maybe in April it would start to flower and I can harvest months after. The only thing I hate is that if we have some sensitive teeth, eating green mango can be a problem after. :D

I so loooove mangoes! I have always been since my childhood days. And it is also making my mouth water now that I am on the first trimester on my pregnancy.

Good thing it has a lot of nutritious benefits. For me, another benefit it gives is that it prevents me from vomiting. :)

That is a well recieved bit of info. Thanks. I understand mangoes, like sugar cane, can be like floss for the teeth. My father ate green mangoes all his life and never had a cavity. He was 85 when he died.

Nice to hear that confirmed benefit out of eating green mango. I never knew this actually on green mango and sugar cane. Eating natural foods is the right way to go. We have to connect with what Mother Earth is offering to us and we are doing a good service to our health and well-being. :D
